The warmest of welcome. Very accomodating !!! changed our rooms to suit our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly. Beautifull location, easy access to woods, beaches and mountains. The sort of place you can feel at home at, even if you went on your own. Beatifully appointed new extension. Easy to park. I will definatley return sooner rather than later as so easy to access localplaces of intrest

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding - we felt like we were getting a lot for what we paid. The prices for the rooms were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the prime location along the banks of the River Nevern. We loved being able to have a drink outside in the evening while taking in the beautiful views. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The basic amenities in the rooms were all we needed, and the fact that the hotel had good Wi-Fi was a definite plus. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed listening to some lovely music while starting our day.
No improvements needed - everything was just right!

Room was fine but the meals had not enough choice, the specials were the same for about 5 days and one meal was returned when served not defrosted. Service of the rooms fell off as the stay lengthened. Breakfasts were very good and staff were very friendly and pleasant.

It was central to our plans for tourist type visits. Easy access to the Pembrokshire coastal hiking paths. Very nice staff.
Their dinner menus unfortunately had a heavy stress on deep fried foods. The wording on the breakfast menu was cheap; eg: juice or cereal or grapefruit slices. Not friendly.

Convenient Location, Good Menu Options, Friendly Staff
Spent Christmas here and while it wasn't the worst experience, it certainly wasn't the best. The location was great, right by the main road and easy to find. The food menu had good options and the staff were very friendly.
The room was quite outdated and in need of a makeover. It was also quite cold in the room and the heating didn't seem to work properly.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to help. Breakfasts were lovely, and there was a copious supply of hot water. Very comfortable bed. The position of the inn was quite central for the area, although we did find ourselves more drawn to the St. David's area of the coast. Local beach was beautiful, and the town of Fishguard fascinating.
The rooms were really quite dated although functional. The North aspect and thin external walls made them feel quite chilly in the evenings and they dropped cold at night. The windows opened onto the car park, and being at ground floor level needed a security fixture so they could be left open a little.

I recently had a delightful stay at a charming inn in rural Pembrokeshire. The warm welcome from the owner and his wife instantly made me feel at home. The rooms, although slightly dated in décor, were impeccably clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight of my stay was definitely the extensive and delicious menu offered for the evening meal. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The attention to detail and the courtesy shown towards disabled guests was commendable. Additionally, the location of the inn, by the river, made it a perfect spot for enjoying a relaxing drink outside in the evening.
I couldn't fault my experience at this hotel.

The propietor was very welcoming and friendly....food was excellent. The room was very comfortable and of a good size. The bathroom could have done with a bit of upgrading but was clean and functional.
I would have preferred curtains instead of blinds.
